The EPA’s published minimums assume an 8-foot ceiling. A 200 sq ft room with a 10-foot ceiling holds 2,000 cubic feet against the standard 1,600, the correction is arithmetic you apply yourself, and the site says plainly that it is judgement, not a published row.
